Process
I oversee three units of UX designers with specialized skill sets, dedicated to specific client work streams. I’m responsible for the team delivering high quality deliverables that follow Google design standards.
Furthermore, I educate team members, colleagues and the clients on UX best practices. And provide support, training and ample development paths to the team members to keep them happy and engaged.
I invest significant time in building strong, trusting relationships with my peers in the google team leadership. Together we assess, align and assign the creative work, and manage and grow the client relationship.
